AI Hiring & Interviews

AI hiring support runs a structured first-round interview in Arabic, English or Turkish, transcribes and summarises every answer against criteria you set in advance, and gives a human the evidence to decide on.

Four hundred applications for one role. Two people screening them between other work, going on gut feel and whoever's CV looked tidiest. The strong candidate who applied on day three never got a call. And if anyone asks why a particular person was rejected, there is no answer you could actually give.

We build the screening and first-round interview layer, not a decision machine. You define what the role actually requires; we turn that into a structured interview that every applicant gets in identical form, by chat or by voice, in their own language — including Gulf and Levantine dialect rather than textbook Arabic. Each answer is transcribed, summarised and mapped back to your criteria, and your team receives a shortlist with the evidence attached instead of a score with nothing behind it. The decision stays with a person, always. That is a deliberate design choice: it is the difference between a tool that saves your team a week and one that creates liability you did not price in.

What you get

  • A structured interview built from the role's real requirements, not a generic template
  • First-round interviews by chat or voice in Arabic, English or Turkish — including Gulf and Levantine dialect
  • Every answer transcribed, summarised and mapped to the criteria you defined before applications opened
  • A shortlist with the supporting evidence, so the human reviewer reads answers rather than a bare score
  • Identical questions for every applicant — the single largest fairness improvement over ad-hoc screening
  • A permanent record of what each candidate was asked and how it was assessed
  • Nationalisation reporting for Saudization and Emiratisation targets where they apply
  • Integration with your existing ATS, HR system, or plain email if you have neither

Who this is for

Employers dealing with high application volume — retail, hospitality, logistics, contracting, call centres and healthcare groups — and Gulf employers who need to evidence nationalisation targets rather than just meet them.

Questions about this service

Does the AI decide who gets hired or rejected?

No, and we do not build it that way. The system conducts and summarises interviews; a person reviews the evidence and makes every decision, including every rejection. Fully automated hiring decisions carry real legal exposure and produce worse hires, so we treat the human review step as non-negotiable.

Is it legal to use AI in hiring?

It depends where you hire. The EU AI Act treats recruitment AI as high-risk with substantial obligations; New York City requires an independent bias audit of automated employment decision tools; Illinois regulates AI video interviews specifically. Gulf regulation is lighter today but moving. We build the assistive version, which sits in a far safer position — but you should take your own legal advice for the countries you hire in.

Can it interview in Gulf or Levantine dialect?

Yes. Candidates answer in the Arabic they actually speak rather than formal MSA, which matters because forcing people into a register they are uncomfortable with tests their language confidence instead of their suitability for the role.

How do you keep it from being biased?

Identical questions for every applicant, criteria fixed before applications open, no inference of age, gender, nationality or any other protected characteristic, and a full record available for audit. No system is free of bias — but a structured, recorded process is measurably fairer than four hundred CVs skimmed by a tired manager, which is the real alternative.

Can it work with our existing ATS?

Yes. We integrate with what you already use, and if you have no applicant tracking system we can run the whole flow from a form and email instead of making you buy one.
