What does Quanta do?
Quanta builds AI systems that work in Arabic — customer support on WhatsApp, hiring interviews, meeting transcription and minutes, and contract review — together with the business automation, CMS and Drupal websites, document management systems and hosting those systems run on. We work with companies in Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Arab world.
Why does Arabic matter for AI systems?
Most AI tools are built English-first and treat Arabic as an afterthought — they handle formal MSA passably and collapse on the Gulf and Levantine dialects people actually speak and write, and on sentences that switch between Arabic and English partway through. We build for how the language is really used, which is the difference between a system your staff and customers use and one they quietly abandon.
Can AI conduct job interviews?
It can conduct and summarise them; it should not decide the outcome. We build AI-assisted structured interviewing — every candidate gets the same interview in their own language, answers are transcribed and mapped to criteria you set in advance, and a person reviews the evidence and makes the decision. Fully automated hiring decisions carry real legal exposure and produce worse hires.
Where does our data go when we use your AI systems?
Wherever your rules require. For clients bound by data residency — government, healthcare, finance, or contracts that forbid data leaving the country — we deploy in a region you choose or on your own infrastructure. We settle this before anything is built, because moving it afterwards is expensive.
Where is Quanta based?
Quanta is based in Türkiye and operates as a fully remote studio. We work with clients in Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the wider Gulf and the Arab world entirely online — through calls, video meetings and WhatsApp — from the first conversation through delivery and ongoing support.
What languages do you work in?
Arabic, Turkish and English, all three natively. Project conversations, documentation, training and the software itself can be delivered in any of them, and we build multilingual products where Arabic is a first-class language with proper right-to-left layout rather than a late translation.
Do you work with companies outside Türkiye?
Yes. A large part of our work is with companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf, delivered entirely remotely. Being remote is not a compromise in how we work — it is how the studio was designed from the start, with no on-site visits required at any stage.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we quote before you commit to anything. A single automation or a personal website is a small, fixed-price piece of work. A document management system or an enterprise Drupal platform is a project with phases. The first conversation and our recommendation are free.
Do you work with small businesses, or only large companies?
Both. A significant share of our work is small and mid-sized companies where one automation or one good website changes how the week runs. We also build enterprise Drupal platforms and document systems for large institutions. We will tell you honestly if your problem is too small to need us.
What is business process automation?
It means using software to run repetitive business steps — moving data between systems, routing approvals, generating reports, sending follow-ups — without a person doing it manually each time. The work still happens the same way; it just stops consuming someone's day.
Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot that captures leads?
Yes. We set up an AI assistant on the official WhatsApp Business API that answers from your own catalogue, prices and policies, sends media, hands off to a human when it should, and saves every conversation as a lead with its source and status.
What is a document management system (DMS)?
A DMS is one secure, searchable place for all of a business's documents — contracts, invoices, records. Ours includes full-text search inside scanned files via OCR, role-based access, complete version history, exportable audit trails and automatic backups.
Should we use Drupal or WordPress?
WordPress suits a straightforward site with a handful of editors. Drupal suits organisations with many editors across departments, several languages, content that must be approved before publishing, or strict access rules. Choosing Drupal for a simple brochure site is overkill, and we will say so.
Do you build websites in Arabic, Turkish and English?
Yes. Every site we build can be fully multilingual, with genuine right-to-left support for Arabic, correct typography for each language, and hreflang tags so search engines serve and rank the right version in each market.
Will my website be fast and good for SEO?
Speed is a core principle. We ship sites with tuned Core Web Vitals, a clean technical SEO setup as standard, structured data, and GEO optimisation so AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can understand and cite your business too.
Who owns the code and the accounts when the project ends?
You do — all of it. We build on open technology, the cloud accounts are in your name, and the code and data are handed over in full. You can take everything to another team at any point without asking us for permission.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes, and we prefer to. Launch is when a system starts producing real problems and real data. We offer ongoing monitoring, security patching, backups and improvements — but it is optional, not a condition of working with us.
How do we start?
