Is this legal advice?
No. It is a review tool that finds and organises what a contract says so that a qualified person spends their time on judgement instead of on reading. It does not replace your lawyer, and we do not present its output as an opinion on whether you should sign.
Does it work on Arabic contracts?
Yes — Arabic, English, and bilingual agreements where one language governs. This is the gap in most contract review tools on the market, which handle English well and Arabic barely at all.
Can it check contracts against our own templates?
Yes, and this is where it earns its cost. A generic risk checklist tells you what is unusual in general; comparison against your own playbook tells you what is unusual for you — that this supplier's payment terms are 30 days longer than you normally accept.
What about contracts we only have as scans?
They go through OCR first, so a scanned or photographed contract becomes searchable and reviewable text. Most archives we work with are largely scans, so this is part of the standard setup rather than an extra.
